State of Nature 2016

It's not too late to save nature in the UK, but we must act now to protect the future of our wildlife. the State of Nature 2016 report shows more clearly than ever before that nature is in serious decline across the UK. Over the last 50 years, 56% of species have declined, while one in ten are at risk of disappearing from our shores altogether. Gardens cover an area larger than all of our national nature reserves combined. If we fill them with wildflowers and make them wildlife freidnly we can truly make a massive difference.
